Miss the 12-hour window and the fee is forfeited — but the desk will try to rebook your court, and refunds it if they succeed. Cancel by phone at (702) 507-1605, 6:30am–10:00pm.
Court rules, straight from the desk
- Check-in: arrive 10 minutes before your court time; every player signs the liability waiver before entering the arena.
- Maximum 8 players per court: groups over 8 reserve an additional court — no exceptions without VIP management approval.
- Minors: children under 8 aren’t permitted in the court arena after 9:00 PM without management approval; non-playing children stay supervised in the social area.
- No alcohol or smoking anywhere on the arena premises.
- Court shoes and appropriate attire on the courts.
