I have a Court Reserve account from another club — can I use it here?
Yes. An existing Court Reserve account defaults to your old organization. Set Vegas Indoor Pickleball as your new default under My Organizations > Edit Organizations, and use the trash-can icon to remove old organizations you no longer play with.
How far out can I reserve a court?
Open membership players book up to 14 days ahead. Summer membership players get 18 days. VIP players get 21 days.
Do you have open play?
Open play runs weekly. The schedule posts in the EVENTS/OPEN PLAY tab every Friday afternoon for the following week — register in advance to lock a spot. Midnight sessions run Tuesday, Friday and Sunday nights.
What are the court policies?
Arrive 10 minutes early to check in; every player signs the liability waiver before entering the arena. A maximum of 8 players per court reservation — larger groups reserve an additional court. Children under 8 aren’t permitted in the arena after 9:00 PM without management approval, and non-playing children stay supervised in the social area. No alcohol or smoking on the premises. Court shoes and appropriate attire on the courts.
What is the cancellation and re-scheduling policy?
Cancel or re-schedule 48 hours or more ahead for a 100% refund. Within 12–48 hours you get 50% back. Under 12 hours the fee is forfeited — but the desk will try to rebook your court and refunds it if they succeed.

Do you have showers or changing rooms?
No showers or changing rooms. There are two bathrooms — one in the lobby and one in the social arena.
How do I book a party or work event?
The arena hosts groups of 8 to 40 guests. Start on the Groups & Parties page — add-ons include paddle rentals, beginner instruction and a chair massage therapist.
I left something at the facility — how do I get it back?
